Damaged or broken products

All shipments within Europe are fully insured during transit. If your parcel is detained by customs for an extended period and cannot be released, we will issue a full refund. We will offer assistance with customs matters, yet we are unable to resolve delays caused by customs procedures.

Wrong address information

Please provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for the additional reshipping fees.
